CNC Milling Details

• CNC Milling materials up to 30" x 16" x 20" and 50" x 20" x 25" (X-Y-Z)
• 3rd, 4th, & 5th axis programming
• Close tolerances to ±.0002" (depending on material characteristics)

At TNR Machine Inc., our state-of-the-art HAAS CNC Lathes are known for accuracy and reliability. Our team is experienced and proficient in the live tooling and turning features of these superior-quality machines. • Machining from 1/16” to 3” in diameter through the spindle, chuck up to 14″ diameter with 20” swing
• Up to 4th axis programming

TNR Machine Inc's EDM Wire Machine allows us to produce parts with extremely tight tolerances and very fine finishes. Restricted to some size and part shape, we are able to wire any shape and tolerance angle. TNR can wire both soft and heat treated material.

The experts at TNR Machine Inc. use high-performance grinding machines to provide smooth, precise finishes on flat surfaces or to create shapes and holes with the highest degree of accuracy.

TNR Machine Inc's EDM Sink Machine allows us to finish parts with extremely held tolerances and very fine surface finishes. With only a few size restrictions, we can sink angles, square pockets, relieves, and numerous other part shapes. TNR can EDM sink soft and heat treated material.
